Italian giants AC Milan have unveiled their home kit for the 2019/20 season, with the classic design taking inspiration from iconic club jerseys from over 40 years ago.

The quintessence of classic football kit design, AC Milan’s 2019/20 home shirt is simple but stylish, importantly embodying the celebrated history and unmistakeable identity of the famed Italian club.

Milan’s red and black stripes are universally recognised, and Puma have refined the iconic design for next season, opting for a thinner variant which resembles some of the club’s earlier strips from the 60s, 70s and early 80s, as well as their more recent 2011/12 Supercoppa Italia-winning season.

The shirt’s simple, black, round-neck collar enhances the vintage-feel of the strip, with the jersey being complimented by white shorts and white socks with a red horizontal band.

The Rossoneri gave their new home kit its debut overnight in their final matchday clash with Serie B-bound Frosinone, winning the encounter 2-0 with goals from Krzysztof Piątek and Suso helping the club secure Europa League qualification.
