Young Australian striker Ben Folami will be out for the rest of the season after tearing an achilles tendon while playing for Ipswich Town.
Folami, only 19, tore an achilles in Town Under-23s' 1-0 victory over Cardiff City.
The Young Socceroo is set for surgery this week. He is expected to be sidelined until at least October.
Ipswich boss Paul Lambert said Folami will "come back strong from it".
"Long-term again, it’s incredible, his achilles’ heel has snapped so he’s going to have to get his head down,” Lambert told reporters.
“There’ll be some times when they come in here and it’s tough to rehab. That’s normal when you’re out for that length of time. But Ben’s young, he’ll come back strong from it. That’s another nine or 10 months, you don’t get short injuries here."
